My Story

As a Commercial Lender at First State Bank, I enjoy building strong relationships with business owners and helping them achieve their goals. I recently joined First State Bank and am excited to serve businesses throughout the communities we support.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Management Information Systems from the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. That combination of communication and technology has helped shape my approach to understanding clients’ needs and identifying practical financial solutions that support their businesses.

Building Strong Business Relationships

One of the most rewarding parts of commercial banking is getting to know business owners, learning how their companies operate, and helping them plan for what comes next. I work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities so we can identify financing solutions that fit their unique needs.

My areas of expertise include commercial real estate lending, business lines of credit, and financing for equipment and vehicle purchases. Whether a business is looking to improve cash flow, expand operations, purchase property, or invest in new equipment, I enjoy helping clients explore their options and move forward with confidence.

Community involvement is also important to me. For the past six years, I have volunteered as a girls’ youth hockey coach with the Lady Liberty organization, helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork both on and off the ice.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling across the country for my children’s hockey games. I’m also an avid gardener who enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and playing with my dogs.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
