Our Hiring Process

Hiring Timeline

Our hiring process is simple by design. While the number of interviews vary based on the position, here’s a brief rundown of what to expect.

  1. Apply.
    Visit our Job Opportunities page to complete an application for a position that meets your skills, interests, and experience.
  2. Human Resources Review.
    The team reviews all applications based on the position requirements and forwards qualified candidates to the hiring manager for consideration.
  3. Hiring Manager Review.
    The hiring manager first evaluates candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications and schedules first-round interviews.
  4. First-Round Interview.
    The hiring manager meets with candidates to discuss the position and share details about the company culture.
  5. Second-Round Interview.
    Depending on the position, you may be called back to meet with Human Resources for a review of benefits and your job history. HR will also outline the pre-employment process, which includes standard criminal and financial background checks, drug testing, and reference checks and can take from 5-10 business days.
  6. Pre-Employment.
    Once the hiring manager contacts the candidate selected for hire, HR will begin the pre-employment process, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Offer/Start.
    Once pre-employment screening is successfully completed, HR extends an offer to the candidate selected for hire. Once accepted, the hiring manager schedules a mutually agreeable start date and HR sends an offer letter with employment details.
