Dementia & Aging-Friendly Banking

Partnering with clients and caregivers to foster independence, security, and financial wellness, one compassionate conversation at a time.

Facing the Challenge Together

Navigating financial matters can be daunting and stressful for people living with dementia. We’re tackling this challenge with our innovative Dementia and Aging-Friendly Banking program. Through this novel approach, we educate our banking center staff on the symptoms and stages of dementia and how to support people living with dementia and their families.

For us, it’s not just about preventing financial mismanagement and elder abuse. It’s about maintaining dignity and quality of life.
